Students Counseling Committee

Introduction

Students are at the center of each and every activity of the college. Their welfare is the prime concern of the college. They have academic, personal and economic problems which they cannot share with their friends or sometimes even their parents. The college strives to provide them guidance, counseling and support in these matters. Sometimes, the university or the joint director of education or the government offices need information immediately. At such times, the college needs to contact all the students immediately. It becomes easier with the help of mentors.

Goals & Objective

1. To support the students in their academic and personal problems
2. To understand the student’s family, social as well as economic background
3. To provide the students a mentor with whom they can share their problems
4. To provide training to mentors
5. To provide conseling on demand

1. Distribution of students to teacher-mentors.
2. Collection of background information as well as problems

4. Informing the students regarding various instructions from the administrative office from time to time.
